Confident she could cure the Joker, Dr. Harleen Quinzel was instead corrupted by him and became his partner-in-crime.
Obsessed with curing the institutionalized Joker, Dr. Harleen Quinzel found herself falling under the seductive spell of the criminal genius. Spiraling into madness herself, she helped him escape and joined his life of crime only to be abandoned by the fickle madman. Unstable and unpredictable, Harley Quinn doesn’t have quite the homicidal streak as her ex-boyfriend, but she’s proof that love can make anyone a little crazy.
Harley Quinn is a Physical Striker character with a base speed of 84. Below is a chart of the gear bonuses at rank 11.

Harley’s ability to begin the battle with a taunt and evasions makes her great at protecting the rest of the team from hits. Her ability to have a guaranteed retaliation when enemies miss their attacks is also insanely good, especially when Harley is paired with allies who will help give her more Evasion Ups. Even better? That retaliation attack is her basic — and with the right upgrade, it can hit twice. Harley’s upgrades and her entire kit does focus a bit on randomness…but it often pays off in spades.
Harley works best with other evasive allies like Batgirl and Batman Beyond. Anyone who can make it harder for her to get hit makes her all the stronger. The right allies prevent her from taking very much damage, giving her all the more opportunities to land that double hitting retaliation!
Can’t miss characters make it hard or impossible for Harley to dodge attacks. Can’t miss Energy characters like Steppenwolf can wreak havoc on Harley, and it’s worth noting that Batgirl can strip Harley of her taunt and evasions with her ‘Target Analyzed’ move.
Harley Quinn is an oppressive force to be reckoned with, and she’s often a thorn in the side of many PvP teams. Having a team of evasive allies around her, she can be nigh unhittable, retaliating the enemy team to their deaths on their own turns!
