Spiraling into madness herself, she helped him escape and joined his life of crime only to be abandoned by the fickle madman. Unstable and unpredictable, Harley Quinn doesn’t have quite the homicidal streak as her ex-boyfriend, but she’s proof that love can make anyone a little crazy.

• Ya Big Dummy!: Damage to an enemy, 10% increased damage per Intelligence Down on the target. Legendary: 50% chance to strike twice.
• Come Get It: Gain taunt and 5 Evasion Ups. 20% chance to enrage each enemy. Legendary: Trigger at the beginning of battle and gain +1 extra Evasion Up. Move gains +2 Initial Cooldown.
• Big Smasheroony: Light damage and apply 3 Intelligence Downs to all enemies. Legendary: 50% chance to +100% damage.
• Acrobatty: Passive ability – Gain 35% turn meter, an evasion up, and apply 2 Intelligence Downs to an enemy if Harley evades. Legendary: 40% chance to use Ya Big Dummy! on enemy if evading. Legendary 2: 100% chance.

Harley’s ability to begin the battle with a taunt and evasions makes her great at protecting the rest of the team from hits. Her ability to have a guaranteed retaliation when enemies miss their attacks is also insanely good, especially when Harley is paired with allies who will help give her more Evasion Ups. Even better? That retaliation attack is her basic — and with the right upgrade, it can hit twice. Harley’s upgrades and her entire kit does focus a bit on randomness…but it often pays off in spades.

Synergies

Harley works best with other evasive allies like Batgirl and Batman Beyond. Anyone who can make it harder for her to get hit makes her all the stronger. The right allies prevent her from taking very much damage, giving her all the more opportunities to land that double hitting retaliation!
