Relentlessly pursuing those that prey on the innocent, Batman seeks to save others from suffering the losses he has endured.

Grapnel Kick is clearly the highlight of this character, dealing massive damage and essentially one-shotting any mystical foes who are unlucky enough to take the hit. With additional crit damage, it’s a force to be reckoned with, and even better to give additional sustain with a chance to grant another invisibility buff. While invisible, Batman can gain turn meter with his basic at legendary, making it a must have, and additional evasions on his smoke bomb technique aid in his sustainability and survival.
Batman provides a decent amount of sustainable buffs to himself, making him synergize well with any heroes who gain perks when an ally gains a buff, such as Star Sapphire and Cyborg. He works well with taunters who can make up for any turns where he has lost his invisibility and can be easily picked off, making heroes like Harley Quinn Mad Jester a good pick to have. He also works well with Batgirl as leader, who provides him more evasion ups to reduce the chances of him taking damage. Check below for a list of recommended allies!
As a physical striker, Batman has fairly weak defense and health. He is hard countered by any heavy hitting greens, especially Power Girl, who can taunt and make herself unable to be killed, even by your Grapnel Kick. He is vulnerable to heroes like Red Robin who can apply True Sight to his allies, and enemies who can purge his much needed invisibility and evasions.
A great hero for beginners and veterans alike. Easily farmable and packs quite a punch.
